500 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Extra Spicy Sauce

8 skin-on chicken pieces, thighs or drumstick

1 tbsp honey

1 tbsp wild mustard

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tbsp ketchup

Method
- If barbequing, place all the ingredients apart from the chicken in a saucepan and stir well
- Bring the marinade to the boil, reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes until thick & sticky
- Mix the chicken pieces in the marinade and chill for at least 1hour. Barbeque on a good heat for 30-40 minutes
- If oven cooking, preheat oven to 200ºC/Gas Mark 6 and put chicken pieces on a large oven tray
- Cover chicken with the UNCLE BEN'S Extra Spicy Sweet & Sour Sauce and cook for 50 minutes until sticky and golden
