Ingredients

500 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Sauce with Extra Pineapple

250 g UNCLE BEN'S Express Long Grain Rice

500 g pork fillet, diced (2cm)

1 red pepper, diced

1 tin pineapple chunks
-
1 bunch spring onions diced (2cm)

8 kebab skewers or wooden skewers

Method
- Marinade the pork in a 1/4 of the UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour with Extra Pineapple Sauce for at least 1 hour
- Thread alternate pieces of pork, pineapple, spring onion and red pepper onto the skewers, ending with pork
- Barbeque or grill the kebabs for about 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked and slightly charred
- Heat the UNCLE BEN'S Express Long Grain Rice. Serve the kebabs on top of the rice with the rest of the sauce poured on top or in a side bowl
