500 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Light Sauce

500 g UNCLE BEN'S Express Wholegrain Rice

15 mls sunflower oil

1 red pepper, chopped

75 g sugar snap peas, sliced

1 small red onion, chopped

Try adding sliced button mushrooms into the rice
Method
- Thread the large prawns onto 4 skewers
- Cook the rice for 10 minutes. Meanwhile heat the oil in a large frying pan, stir fry the pepper, sugar snap peas and onion for 2-3 minutes. Remove the pan and keep to one side
- Now cook the prawn skewers in the frying pan for 3 - 4 minutes, turning a couple of times.
- Stir in the UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour sauce and cook for a further 2 - 3 minutes.
- Mix the red pepper, sugar snap peas and onion into the heated rice
- Serve the prawns on a bed of the savoury rice, with a small bowl of the Sweet & Sour sauce
