Sweet & Sour Pork with Shredded Vegetable and Egg Fried Rice

with UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Sauce & UNCLE BEN'S Express Egg Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • 500 g UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Sauce
  • 250 g UNCLE BEN'S Express Egg Fried Rice
  • 400 g lean pork, sliced
  • 1 bag stir fry vegetables
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 4 spring onions, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • dash soy sauce
  • a handful coriander, freshly chopped

Method

  1. Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the pork for 3 minutes, until browned
  2. Add the mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes. Add the spring onions and shredded vegetables and cook for 3 minutes
  3. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Sweet & Sour Sauce and a dash of soy sauce, reduce the heat and cook for 5 minutes
  4. Heat the UNCLE BEN'S Express Egg Fried Rice and serve mix on top with a sprinkle of chopped coriander for garnish
