250 g UNCLE BEN'S Basmati Wok Rice

6 spring onions, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

150 g sugar snap peas or mange tout

1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
- Heat the oil in a pan and stir fry the beef for 3-5 minutes, until browned
- Add the spring onions, pepper and mange tout and cook for 3-5 minutes
- Add the sauce, reduce the heat and cook for 1-2 minutes
- Add the UNCLE BEN'S Basmati Wok Rice, stir well and serve immediately
