250 g UNCLE BEN'S Express Egg Fried Rice

1 tbsp vegetable oil

2 skinless chicken breast, cut into strips

150 g baby corn, halved lengthways

1 tbsp soy sauce

125 g mange tout, shredded

1 handful coriander

Adding bean sprouts to the pan a couple of minutes before the end of cooking
Method
- Heat the oil in a large frying pan or wok and stir fry the chicken and baby corn for 3-4 minutes until chicken in browned all over
- Add the UNCLE BEN'S rice, soy sauce, mange tout and 3 tablespoons of water and cook over a high heat until piping hot, this should take a couple of minutes
- Serve immediately scattered with fresh coriander if liked
