Ingredients

500 g UNCLE BEN'S Korma Sauce

500 g UNCLE BEN'S Express Basmati Rice

2 tbsp vegetable oil

2 tbsp sesame seeds

1 red pepper, sliced

1 yellow pepper, sliced

300 g raw peeled king prawns
Method
- Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, add the sesame seeds and cook until golden. Put on a plate lined with kitchen paper
- Add the remaining oil to the pan, add the peppers and stir fry for 3 minutes
- Add the UNCLE BEN'S Korma Sauce and crème fraiche, bring to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes
- Stir in the prawns and simmer for 5 minutes or until prawns change colour
- Heat the UNCLE BEN'S Basmati Rice and serve with the sauce mix
