Prawn & Pepper Korma

with UNCLE BEN'S Korma Sauce & UNCLE BEN'S Express Basmati Rice

Ingredients

  • 500 g UNCLE BEN'S Korma Sauce
  • 500 g UNCLE BEN'S Express Basmati Rice
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1 red pepper, sliced
  • 1 yellow pepper, sliced
  • 3 tbsp
  • 300 g raw peeled king prawns

Method

  1. Heat a tsp of oil in a pan, add the sesame seeds and cook until golden. Put on a plate lined with kitchen paper
  2. Add the remaining oil to the pan, add the peppers and stir fry for 3 minutes
  3. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Korma Sauce and crème fraiche, bring to the boil and simmer for 4 minutes
  4. Stir in the prawns and simmer for 5 minutes or until prawns change colour
  5. Heat the UNCLE BEN'S Basmati Rice and serve with the sauce mix
