500 g UNCLE BEN'S Jalfrezi Sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil

500 g lamb neck fillet, diced

1 red onion, sliced

2 courgettes, sliced

3 tomatoes, quartered

to serve naan bread

A dollop of low fat yoghurt on top
Method
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the lamb and fry for 6-8 minutes, until browned
- Add the onion and stir fry for 2 minutes
- Add the UNCLE BEN'S Jalfrezi Sauce with half a jar of water and bring to the boil. Cover and simmer for 20 minutes
- Stir in the courgettes and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes
- Serve straight away with naan bread
