Hot Chilli Beef with Nachos

with UNCLE BEN'S Chilli Con Carne Hot Sauce

Ingredients

  • 500 g UNCLE BEN'S Chilli Con Carne Hot Sauce
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced
  • 1 red chilli deseeded and finely diced
  • 200 g lightly salted tortilla chips
  • 100 g Cheddar cheese, grated

Serve hot with sour cream and guacamole

Method

  1. Fry the minced beef, red pepper and chilli together in a pan until the beef has browned. Add the UNCLE BEN'S Chilli Sauce and pour into a shallow 2 litre oven proof dish
  2. Scatter the tortilla chips over the sauce and sprinkle with the cheese
  3. Grill for 2 minutes or bake at 200ºC/Gas Mark 6 for about 7 minutes, until the cheese has melted and the tortillas are golden brown and crisp
