Ingredients

500 g UNCLE BEN'S Tikka Masala Sauce

2 tbsp vegetable oil

500 g chicken breast fillets, diced

45 ml greek yoghurt

1 green chilli, chopped

1/2 juice of lemon
-
1 tsp garam masala

8 tortilla wraps
-
to serve lettuce, shredded

1/2 cucumber

Leave out the chilli if you like things cooler
Method
- Place the chicken in a bowl, add the yoghurt, chilli, lemon and garam masala. Mix well and leave for 10 minutes
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the chicken pieces one at a time and cook on high heat for 10 minutes until golden
- Add the UNCLE BEN'S Tikka Masala Sauce and bring to the boil. Simmer on high heat until sauce is thickened
- For the raita cut half a cucumber in half and deseed. Chop into pieces and mix in a bowl with 6 tbsp greek yoghurt
- Serve the chicken pieces and sauce in the tortilla wraps with shredded lettuce and raita
